Point Sur Investors LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company”, “PSI” or “We”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
  
Users can review and change their personal information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. Information about Visitors is anonymized and cannot be reviewed or changed. 
 
Users may also send us an e-mail at info@pointsurinvestors.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your User account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If a User asks us to delete its User account, some related personal information associated with such User may remain on our servers to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with other legal requirements.

Your California Privacy Rights
  
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Do Not Track

We do not track or respond to browser “Do Not Track” requests.

Visiting Our Site from Outside of the United States

If you are visiting our Site from outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers may be located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United Sates and other countries may not be as comprehensive as those in your country, but please be assured that PSI does take steps pursuant to the laws in the United States that your privacy is protected.
